How do I convert my points into rewards?
Simply go to your customer account to generate your reward code, which will then allow you to select the available reward(s) directly on the payment page, it being specified that the reward code is valid for 90 days.
We would like to remind you that obtaining rewards is subject to a new purchase on the website.
How many points are earned for each euro spent?
1 point per euro spent, with no limit on accumulation. Points will be credited 21 days from the date your order is confirmed. x1.25 Silver • x1.5 Gold • x2 Platinum
Which missions earn points?
The following missions allow you to accumulate points:
Newsletter - 20 pts
Follow Instagram - 20 pts
Review on the website - 20 pts / order
Google review - 20 pts
Trustpilot review - 20 pts
Review + photo - 40 pts / order
Birthday - 20 pts (1 time)
Missions are only rewarded once with points credited upon completion of the mission, except for reviews which are rewarded once per order.
Can reward codes obtained through the loyalty programme be combined with promotional codes?
Yes, reward codes obtained through the loyalty programme can be combined with other promotional codes, subject to their validity.
What are the different statuses in the programme?
The programme includes 3 statuses determined based on the amount of purchases made on the website according to the rule 1 euro = 1 point.

Points multiplier: x1.25 Free collection point delivery from one item purchased Bonus 100 points Birthday benefit: promotional code of 5% valid for any purchase made within 30 days of your birthday.
Gold

Points multiplier: x2 Free express delivery from one item purchased Bonus 250 points Birthday benefit: promotional code of 15% valid for any purchase made within 30 days of your birthday.
Points earned from missions are not taken into account for the allocation of status and therefore no multiplier coefficient will be applicable to them.
How does the birthday gift work?
If you hold one of the three statuses, you will receive a promotional code of 5% for Silver status, 10% for Gold status or 15% for Platinum status, valid for any purchase made within 30 days of your birthday.

Do my points have an expiry date?
Yes, you must use your points within their 12-month validity period by converting them into a reward code, with the exception of points earned through a referral, which have a validity period of 30 days.
Points from missions are credited as soon as the mission is validated.

How does the referral programme work?

£10 off for each referee (from £50 of purchases).

£10 off their first order (from £50 of purchases).
Up to 5 referrals per half-year. The £10 voucher is valid for 30 days subject to a minimum purchase of £50. The referral programme is reserved for customers (referrers) who have already purchased on the website and intended for new customers (referees) who have never purchased on the website.
What happens if I make no purchase or complete no mission for 12 months?
If you make no purchase or complete no mission for a period of 12 months, any unused points will be automatically lost and permanently deleted from your customer account. To keep your points, you can convert them within their validity period or make a purchase or complete a mission.
How do I join the loyalty programme?
Simply make a purchase or create a customer account and, on that occasion, read and accept the general terms and conditions of the loyalty programme.
Which mission allows you to earn the most points?
Leaving a review on the website accompanied by a photograph is the mission rewarded with the most points, as it allows you to earn 40 points.
