How do you earn points?
You accumulate points with every euro spent on the website, as well as by completing simple actions from your loyalty space: creating your account, subscribing to the newsletter, following us on Instagram, leaving a review, entering your birthday, or referring your friends and family.
How many points for each euro spent?
1 point per euro spent, with no accumulation limit. A minimum purchase of €1 is required to be credited.
Points are credited 15 days after your order.
Depending on your status, the multiplier applies only to points earned on your purchases (x1.25 Silver • x1.5 Gold . x2 Platinum). Points from free missions are not multiplied.
Which one-off actions earn points?

Each one-off action can only be completed once. The website review is valid once per order.
Points earned from missions are credited as soon as the mission is validated.
Can discount codes be combined with other promotions?
Yes, your discount codes from the loyalty programme can be combined with other promotional codes currently available on the website.
What are the different statuses in the programme?
The programme has 4 statuses, calculated on your cumulative spending over the last 12 months:

The points multiplier applies only to points earned on purchases, not on free missions.
How does the birthday gift work?
By entering your birthday in your account, you earn 20 points once only. From Silver status onwards, you also benefit from an exclusive discount valid on any order placed within the 30 days following your birthday (5% Silver, 10% Gold, 15% Platinum).
How do I receive my discount code?
Once you have triggered your reward from your loyalty space, you will receive your discount code directly by email. Simply copy it and apply it when placing your next order.
Does my code have an expiry date?
Yes. As soon as you request your code and it is sent to you by email, the usage period starts running. Make sure to use it quickly!

What can I get with my points in the shop?
Your rewards shop offers Luxéol products to redeem with your points. Here are a few examples:

Serums & treatments 200-350 pts
Vouchers and routines are converted at 7.5% of their value, travel-size products at 10%.
How does the referral scheme work?
Referrer or godparent
€10 discount for each referee (from €50 of purchases).
Referee
€10 discount on their first order (from €50 of purchases).
Up to 5 referrals. Code valid for 30 days.
The referral scheme is reserved for accounts that have already placed an order, and is only available to new customers on the referee side.
What happens if I am inactive for 12 months?
If no activity is recorded on your account for 12 months, all your loyalty points are reset to zero. To keep your points, a single order or action within the year is sufficient.
How do I join the programme?
Simply create an account on luxeol.com and accept the loyalty programme's terms and conditions when registering. Membership is free and automatic.
What is the most rewarding action?
Leaving a review with a photo earns 40 points, twice as many as a review alone — it is the best-rewarded one-off action. And on a daily basis, progressing towards Platinum status automatically doubles all your points earned on purchases.
