Equisetum arvense L.

Selenium

Selenium is an important trace element for human body metabolism. It is known to contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress and to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend following the programme for 3 months. This will allow it to act on all stages of the hair growth cycle.

Take 1 capsule per day with a large glass of water.

If you do not wish to swallow capsules, you can open the capsule and mix the contents into a yoghurt or compote.
