USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Strengthening Nail Care:
On the first day, apply two coats of nail varnish, preferably in the evening. On the third day, apply two more coats of nail varnish on top of the previous ones. On the seventh day, remove the nail varnish with an acetone-free nail varnish remover. On the eighth day, repeat the above protocol for 4 weeks.

Hair Strength & Growth Gummies:
We recommend following the programme for 3 months. This will allow you to act on all stages of the hair cycle.

Take 2 gummies per day before or after a meal.
