DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Fortifying Nail Treatment:
On the first day, apply two coats of nail polish, preferably in the evening. On the third day, apply two more coats of nail polish over the old ones. On the seventh day, remove the nail polish with acetone-free nail polish remover. On the eighth day, repeat the above procedure for 4 weeks.

Food supplement:
Take 1 capsule per day, to be swallowed with a large glass of water during a meal.
If you do not wish to take capsules, there are several solutions:
- Open the capsule and dilute its contents in yogurt or compote
