Our commitments
Strong commitments to the environment, consumers and employees
At Luxéol, we place social and environmental responsibility at the heart of our development. Our brand is certified Engaged CSR by AFNOR (according to the AFAQ 26000 model) and recognized by the Responsibility Europe label, a guarantee of reliability and transparency.
Concretely, this translates into:
- Managing our carbon footprint
- Responsible sourcing
- Ethical working conditions
- Support for local initiatives
- High-performance beauty
Our guiding principles define what we stand for and shape how we create, innovate and care for hair.
Proven effectiveness
The majority of our products undergo consumer testing and/or clinical studies to ensure visible and measurable results.
Responsible innovation
Our research teams are constantly improving our formulas and developing new solutions to meet the hair needs of today and tomorrow.
Our formulas
Our cosmetics are manufactured according to precise internal specifications, based on the expectations of our consumers, which is why almost all of our products are formulated without silicones, without sulfated surfactants with a majority of ingredients of natural origin.
Our food supplements are formulated with carefully selected plants, vitamins and minerals to meet the needs of your hair.
Made in France
The majority of our products are developed and manufactured in France.
Real consumer tests
Before each launch, the majority of our products are tested by users in real-life conditions. More than 40 consumer tests guarantee effectiveness, tolerance, and satisfaction.
Rigorous clinical studies
With over 20 clinical studies, our products are backed by solid scientific evidence. Our bestsellers regularly benefit from new studies to ensure consistently optimal performance.
Support for associations
Because we want to support their causes and because we share their values, we have committed to several organizations.
Help clean up ports:
We have been committed to the Coiffeurs Justes association since January 2024. Our commitment is equivalent to the manufacture and installation of hair rods to clean up 1 million liters of hydrocarbons in seaports and river areas.
Wigs for people with cancer:
We are also supporting the Fake Hair Don't Care association by funding the equivalent of the salary of one of the association's wigmakers for one year in 2024, who is responsible for making wigs from hair donations for people with cancer.
Establishment of assistance through work:
Since its creation in 2015, we have regularly entrusted missions to an organization supporting integration, ESATITUDE Antibes, an establishment providing assistance through work.
