USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Keratin shampoo:
Apply 2 to 3 times a week to wet hair, massage to create a lather.
Leave on for 3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
Limit water use by turning off the tap properly between each rinse.

Mask:
2 to 3 times a week, apply after shampooing to rinsed and towel-dried hair.
Distribute through the lengths, paying particular attention to the ends. Leave on for 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

Food supplement:
Take 1 capsule per day, to be swallowed with a large glass of water.
