Maidenhair Fern

Adiantum capillus-veneris L.
Also known as Venus hair fern, this small perennial fern grows in humid locations in the southern temperate zones. It is recognisable by its ebony-coloured rachis and fan-shaped leaves. Traditionally used against hair loss.

Vitamin B8

D-biotin
An essential water-soluble vitamin contributing to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and to the maintenance of normal hair.

Field Horsetail

Equisetum arvense L.
A common annual plant found in temperate regions, growing on moist soils. Its horsetail shape is characteristic.

Vitamin B6

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend following the programme for 3 months. This will allow it to act on all stages of the hair cycle.

Take 1 capsule per day with a large glass of water.

If you do not wish to swallow capsules, you can open the capsule and dissolve it in a yoghurt or a compote.
