Take one capsule per day with a large glass of water.

Apply 3 times a week to wet hair
Massage the scalp
Leave on for 3 minutes and rinse

Conditioner:

Apply 3 times a week after shampooing on rinsed and towel-dried hair.

Distribute from roots to ends with a gentle massage. Leave on for 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

On dry or damp scalp, apply daily to the affected areas.
