USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Shampoo:

Apply 3 times a week
Massage into the scalp
Leave on for 3 minutes and rinse

Conditioner:

Apply 3 times a week after shampooing on rinsed and towel-dried hair.

Distribute from scalp to ends with a gentle massage. Leave on for 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

Spray:

On dry or damp scalp, apply daily to the affected areas.

Massage in. Do not rinse.

Food supplement:

Take 1 capsule per day, swallowed with a large glass of water with a meal.
