USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Shampoo:

Apply 3 times a week. Massage the scalp
Leave on for 3 minutes and rinse

Conditioner:

Apply 3 times a week after shampooing on rinsed and towel-dried hair.

Distribute from roots to tips with a gentle massage. Leave on for 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

Serum:

With clean, dry hands, apply 1 to 2 pumps twice a day to the scalp and work in with a circular massage. Do not rinse.

Food supplement:

Take 1 capsule per day, swallow with a large glass of water during a meal.
If you do not wish to swallow capsules, several solutions:
- Open the capsule and dissolve its contents in a yoghurt or a compote
