USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Strengthening Nail Care:
On the first day, apply two coats of varnish, preferably in the evening. On the third day, apply two more coats of varnish over the existing ones. On the seventh day, remove the varnish with an acetone-free remover. On the eighth day, repeat the above protocol for 4 weeks.

Food supplement:
Take 1 capsule per day, swallowed with a large glass of water with a meal.
If you do not wish to swallow capsules, several options are available:
- Open the capsule and dissolve its contents in a yoghurt or a compote
