USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Food supplement:
Take 1 capsule per day, swallowed with a large glass of water.
If you do not wish to swallow capsules, open the capsule and dissolve its contents in a yogurt or compote.

Nourishing Shampoo:
Apply to wet hair, 2 to 3 times per week, massage until a light lather appears, then rinse.

Nourishing Mask:
Apply the mask generously from lengths to ends, 2 to 3 times per week, on rinsed and towel-dried hair.

Leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Nourishing Care Cream:
After the Luxéol Nourishing Shampoo and Nourishing mask, apply 2 to 3 times per week to the lengths and ends of damp hair. Do not rinse.
