DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Shampoo:

Apply 3 times a week to wet hair.
Massage until a rich lather appears.
Leave on for 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Conditioner:

Apply 3 times a week after shampooing to rinsed and towel-dried hair.

Distribute from the scalp to the ends with a gentle massage. Leave on for 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

Spray:

With clean, dry hands, apply 1 to 2 hazelnut-sized amounts twice a day to the affected areas and massage in using circular motions. Do not rinse.

Gummies:

Take 2 gummies per day before or after a meal.
