Selenium

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

We recommend following the programme for 3 months. This will allow the product to act on all stages of the hair cycle.

Take 1 capsule a day with a large glass of water.

If you do not wish to swallow capsules, you can open the capsule and mix it into a yoghurt or fruit compote.
