Here are the delivery times for our different destinations:

Metropolitan France:

• 24 to 48 working hours with express delivery
• 3 to 4 working days with standard home delivery
• 2 to 5 working days using relay point delivery

Swiss :

• Please allow 7-10 business days for standard delivery.

Belgium:

• For standard delivery, generally allow between 7 and 10 working days.

DROM-COM:

• Please allow 10 to 15 working days for deliveries to overseas departments and territories.

Other EU countries:

• Standard deliveries to other countries in the European Union are generally made within 7 to 10 working days.

Canada:

• For standard delivery to Canada, allow 3 to 4 days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking number.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

• Delivery to a pick-up point in mainland France costs €3.90. Delivery is free for purchases over €29.
• Home delivery in mainland France costs €5.90. Delivery is free for purchases over €59.

EXPRESS DELIVERY:

• Chrono Express relay point, which will be delivered the day after dispatch: €7
• Express Chronopost to your home for just €14.90 shipping!
• Delivery to Overseas Territories (DROM-COM): €7.
• Delivery to Canada: €20.
• For any order of €120 or more, delivery is free.
• Finally, for delivery to a country in the European Union (Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal) or Switzerland, a shipping charge of €5.90 will be charged for any order under €59.
• For any order of €59 or more, delivery is free.

Yes! Most Luxéol products can be delivered to the following destinations:

• Metropolitan France, Corsica, Overseas (DROM-COM);
• Principality of Monaco- Belgium- Switzerland- Luxembourg- Spain- Italy- Portugal- Germany- Canada.

Within a maximum of three (3) working days, to the postal address you provided when ordering.

5 to 10 business days from the date the package arrives at the collection point. However, it is important to note that this time may vary from one collection point to another. It is recommended to consult the information provided by the carrier or contact the collection point directly for information on the retention period of your package. Some collection points may also offer options to extend the retention period for an additional fee.
