How does the "money-back" guarantee work?

What is the refund timeframe following the exercise of the "money-back" guarantee?

No later than fourteen (14) days from the day the request to exercise the commercial guarantee is validated.

We will process the refund using the same payment method as the one you used to pay for the initial order, unless you expressly agree to use another payment method.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the empty product box(es) or until you have provided proof of shipment of the empty product boxes, the date taken being that of the first of these two events.
