How does the "satisfied or refunded" guarantee work?

What is the refund timeframe following the exercise of the "satisfied or refunded" guarantee?

No later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which the request to exercise the commercial guarantee was approved.

We will proceed with the refund using the same payment method you used to pay for the original order, unless you expressly agree to use a different payment method.

We may defer the refund until we have received the empty box(es) of the products or until you have provided us with proof of dispatch of the empty boxes of the products, the date taken being that of the first of these two events.
