What are the delivery times?

Here are the delivery times for our various destinations:

Metropolitan France:

24 to 48 working hours for express delivery
3 to 4 working days for standard home delivery
2 to 5 working days using collection point delivery

Switzerland:

Please allow 7 to 10 working days for standard delivery.

Belgium:

For standard delivery, please allow between 7 and 10 working days.

DROM-COM:

Please allow 10 to 15 working days for deliveries to overseas departments and territories.

Other EU Countries:

Standard deliveries to other European Union countries are generally made within 7 to 10 working days.

Canada:

For standard delivery to Canada, please allow 3 to 4 days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your order tracking number.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

Delivery to a collection point, in Metropolitan France, is charged at €3.90. It is free from €29 of purchases.
Home delivery, in Metropolitan France, is charged at €5.90. It is free from €59 of purchases.

EXPRESS DELIVERY:

Express chrono collection point, delivered the day after dispatch: €7
Express Chronopost home delivery for only €14.90 in shipping costs!
Delivery to Overseas territories (DROM-COM): €7.
Delivery to Canada: €20.
For any order totalling €120 or more, delivery is free.
Finally, for delivery to a European Union country (Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal) or Switzerland, a shipping fee of €5.90 will be charged for any order under €59.
For any order totalling €59 or more, delivery is free.

How long is my parcel kept at a collection point?

5 to 10 working days from the date of arrival of the parcel at the collection point. However, it is important to note that this duration may vary from one collection point to another. It is recommended to check the information provided by the carrier or to contact the collection point directly to obtain information on how long your parcel will be held. Some collection points may also offer options to extend the holding period for an additional fee.
