How does the "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" warranty work?

What is the refund timeframe following the exercise of the "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" warranty?

No later than fourteen (14) days from the date of validation of the request to exercise the commercial warranty.

We will proceed with the refund using the same payment method that you used to pay for the initial order, unless you expressly agree to use a different payment method.

We may defer the refund until we have received the empty box(es) of the products, or until you have provided us with proof of shipment of the empty boxes of the products, the date retained being that of the first of these two events.
